Learning & Development Assistant (Home based)

You will have experience of working in a fast-paced HR/Learning & Development environment and will be used to juggling various priorities. Working closely with the Learning & Development Partner to support the whole organisation, the Learning & Development Assistant will be a pivotal role for managers and staff across all the directorates. You will support learning and development programmes, delivering a seamless service to our customers. You will support key areas of work, including setting up learning programmes, supporting the management of our e-learning provision, establishing processes to assess the benefits of the training being delivered and maintaining management information. You will also support discrete learning and development projects.
