Highly Specialist Audiologist (Salford)

This is an opportunity for a proactive, experienced and forward thinking individual to join Salford Audiology Service. You will be responsible for developing new models for assessment of hearing in adults with Learning disabilities and developing key links with teams across the organisation as part of the new learning disability Health Strategy. Experience of electrophysiological assessment and Paediatric Audiology is desirable.

In addition you will be required to take on a deputy role in the Operational and Professional Lead of Audiology absence therefore experience of leadership is desirable.

This role requires a strong motivation for quality improvement and clinical governance, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

Salford Audiology Service is a multi-site service, which is provided across Acute, Community and Educational settings. We provide a full range of Adult and Paediatric Audiology Services, including NHSP, Diagnostics and Rehabilitation, Baha, Comprehensive Vestibular Assessment and Hearing Therapy.
