Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager (London)

The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager is an exciting and vital new role at Action on Hearing Loss, in which you will help shape the future direction of the organisation and build on our reputation as a highly progressive employer.

Taking the lead on our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging work, you will have the autonomy to ensure the effective development, implementation and delivery of our Diversity, Equality & Inclusion strategy, whilst also heading our D,E & I working group. Your passionate leadership and creative vision will help us work towards embedding a cultural change across the organisation.

You will also be leading on the delivery of an action plan to improve the recruitment, retention and progression of staff and volunteers from under-represented groups. We want to attract and nurture talent with a breadth of lived experience to bring new perspectives and ideas as we move forward with our new strategy.
