Alera 7 ideal for users that mostly find themselves in moderate listening environments, such as meetings, shopping, public places, quiet social gatherings, golf or similar outdoor activities. Compared to the Alera 61 this aid does not have a push button for different programs, all settings are automatically set. Additionally there is no wireless feature. As the aid is small and fiddly requiring good dexterity it only receives one thumbs up. A great little hearing aid for an active lifestyle.
